Trust

                Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him,

And He shall direct your paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6

 

 

I choose to trust You, God.

When confusion surrounds me, and I cannot see a way out, I trust You.

For You are the One who is the solution.

You are the One who understands me.

You are the One who is my Hope.

So, I trust You.

I depend, rely, and count on You.

You see the beginning.

You see the end.

You are my closest friend.

You never relent in Your pursuit.

You are acquainted in all of my ways.

You are Sovereign.

Nothing surprises You.

So, I chose to trust in You

With all of my heart

And I won't depend on my finite, fickle understanding.

For I know that You are my Rock and Redeemer.

You are steady, steadfast.

God, You reign.

You are strong, and mighty in battle

You see me.

You know me

You will never let me go

So, Lord God, I trust You.

I trust that You will create beauty out of these ashes.

I trust that You will restore and bring renewal.

I trust in Your unfailing love.

I trust You with every part of my life.

I trust You.

You are the resolution.

I trust You, Lord
