Prayer for Peace

 

Numbers‬ ‭6: 24-26‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord  make His face shine upon you And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.”

Amid the chaos, amid the shifting seasons, may the peace of God guard your heart and mind as you live in Christ Jesus. May you intimately know peace. May it be found in your interactions with each other. May it be found on the words that dance from your lips. May your whole family be drenched in serenity. I pray that peace will flood your mind with light so that you may always see with utmost clarity. When troubles come, when anxiety threatens to rob you of peace, I pray that peace will be steadfast and immovable. 

May the peace of God whisper sweet assurances to you. May peace be the steady fingerprint over your life, over your children, over your legacy. I pray that your decisions will be saturated with peace. May you never move with uncertainty. May you move with confidence. May you move with peace. In the wildness, I pray that peace will be your companion. May you rest with complete ease, knowing that God has gifted you with everything that you need to succeed. Anxiety has no place in your mind. Your mind will stay on Christ and He will gift you with perfect peace.

May you never question where God is in your life. He is right here. He will never leave you or forsake you.  Give Him your troubles and He will give you peace. Give Him your questions and He will give you security. Give Him your concerns and He will give you answers. As a child of God, peace is your birthright. In whatever season you face, may peace be your anchor, holding you securely to Christ. May peace be your portion.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
